Hi, I’m Meredith, the mom behind Periwinkle.
After years of planning my family’s celebrations, I understand firsthand how much mental load goes into “making it special.”
I have two young sons, and I work full-time in finance. And, while I’ve always loved over-the-top parties and making the people in my life feel special with thoughtfully-planned celebrations, I struggled to find the time. Party-planning became stressful, not joyful.
I am blessed to be surrounded with a vibrant community of parents, and I found I wasn’t alone in this. And, as a professional “optimizer”, I knew there had to be a better way.
So, I created Periwinkle Parties to offer parents something different: well-designed, bespoke celebrations that support family life instead of complicating it.
