Hi, I’m Meredith Bedi, the mom behind Periwinkle.
After years of planning my family’s celebrations, I understand firsthand how much mental load goes into “making it special.”
I have two young sons, and I work full-time in finance. And, while I’ve always loved over-the-top parties and making the people in my life feel special with thoughtfully-planned celebrations, I struggled to find the time. Party-planning became stressful, not joyful.
Talking to other parents in our community, I realized quickly that I wasn't alone in this. And, as a professional “optimizer”, I knew there had to be a better way.
So, I created Periwinkle Parties to offer parents something different: well-designed, bespoke celebrations that support family life instead of complicating it.
What I've built is deliberately small and personal — every party is assembled by our team, every supplier is chosen for quality, and I'm involved in every single kit that goes out the door. Because I know that hosting a party is a reflection of the hosts — and you are trusting me and my team.
