Our themes are designed to be timeless, inclusive, and easy to love—without characters or trends that date quickly.

They’re limited by design — to minimize the mental load of party planning.

What to Expect

We’ve designed the experience to feel calm, organized, and joyful — from the moment you choose a theme to the final pickup.

Here’s how the process unfolds.

1. Choose Your Theme & Reserve Your Date

Browse our curated party themes and select your favorite.

To book, complete our simple intake form to:

  • Select your date

  • Share an estimated guest count

  • Provide your child’s name and age

  • Submit your deposit

We’ll confirm your booking within 24 hours to reserve your date.

2. Invitations & RSVP Management — Handled

Once you book, we take care of invitations.

You provide your guest list (or a shareable link), and we:

  • Create custom, beautifully designed invitations

  • Provide digital or printable invitations for you to send, or send on your behalf

  • Track RSVPs

  • Send gentle reminders

  • Manage the guest count for you

No chasing. No spreadsheets. No guesswork.

3. Final Details Locked (Tuesday of Party Week)

On Tuesday of your party week, we finalize everything:

  • Guest count is confirmed

  • Final payment is processed

  • Delivery window is scheduled

You’ll receive a clear confirmation email outlining what to expect.

From there, we begin assembling your party.

4. Saturday Morning Delivery

Your party kit arrives Saturday morning during your confirmed delivery window (typically 8:00–10:00 AM).

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Pre-counted tableware and supplies

  • Organized activity kits

  • Decor and custom details

  • A simple, clear Host Guide

  • Any fresh or perishable items (if included)

Most setups take about 20–30 minutes.

Everything is labeled and intuitive — designed so you can feel relaxed and ready.

For early Saturday parties, Friday evening delivery is available upon request.

5. Set Up & Celebrate

Your job is to host.

Our job is to make it seamless.

Everything you need is organized, portioned, and thoughtfully prepared so you can focus on the kids — and maybe even enjoy a moment yourself.

6. Sunday Pickup

On Sunday afternoon or evening (typically 4:00–7:00 PM), we return to collect your party kit.

Before pickup:

  • Place items back in the bins

  • Shake out major crumbs

  • Set bins in the agreed location

No washing required — we take care of cleaning and resetting.
