What to Expect & What’s Included

We’ve designed the experience to feel calm, organized, and joyful — from the moment you choose a theme to the final pickup.

Here’s how the process unfolds.

1. Choose Your Theme & Reserve Your Date

Browse our curated party themes and select your favorite.

To book, complete our simple intake form to:

  • Select your date

  • Share an estimated guest count

  • Provide your child’s name and age

  • Submit your deposit

We’ll confirm your booking within 24 hours to reserve your date. If your preferred date isn’t available, we will refund your deposit, or work together to find another option.

2. Invitations & RSVP Management — Handled

Once you book, we take care of invitations.

You provide your guest list (or a shareable link), and we:

  • Create custom, beautifully designed invitations

  • Provide digital or printable invitations for you to send, or send on your behalf

  • Track RSVPs (and food allergies / special requests!)

  • Send gentle reminders

  • Manage the guest count for you

No chasing. No spreadsheets. No guesswork.

3. Final Details Locked (Tuesday of Party Week)

On Tuesday of your party week, we finalize everything:

  • Guest count is confirmed

  • Final payment is processed

  • Delivery window is scheduled

You’ll receive a clear confirmation email outlining what to expect.

Meanwhile, we will be assembling your party.

4. Saturday Morning Delivery

Your party kit arrives Saturday morning during your confirmed delivery window (typically 8:00–10:00 AM).

Inside, you’ll find:

  • A simple, clear Host Guide with step-by-step set-up and styling instructions

  • Folding tables for your key stations, with styled, themed table covers

  • Decor and themed details, with set-up instructions

  • Inflated and assembled balloons

  • Pre-counted snacks and drinks for the kids with appropriate tableware

  • Fully-assembled party favors

  • Cupcakes

Everything is labeled and intuitive — designed so you can feel relaxed and ready.

For early Saturday parties, Friday evening delivery is available upon request.

5. Celebrate

Your job is to host.

Our job is to make it seamless.

Everything you need is organized, portioned, and thoughtfully prepared so you can focus on the kids — and maybe even enjoy a moment yourself.

6. Sunday Pickup

On Sunday afternoon (typically 4:00–6:00 PM), we return to collect your party kit.

Before pickup:

  • Shake out major crumbs

  • Place items back in the bins

  • Fold up tables

  • Gather up anything else you want us to take away (seriously, anything)

No washing required — we take care of cleaning and resetting.
